Les Clefs d’Or Thailand is a group of hotel concierges from 3 to 5-star hotels in Thailand who are strive to be the professional in customer service. They are grouping to exchange the best practice of customer service and promote the hotel promotion and Thailand tourism. Our main duties and responsibilities are to give information and recommendation to our guest, to make reservation and reconfirmation as per our guest request, to assist guest with all special requests that they need, to solve the guest problems in the hotel and outside the hotel, to represent hotel brand and Les Clefs d’Or.
How we begin?
Our society was started in 1975 by Khun Suphan our founder and first Thai golden keys member of Les Clefs d’Or International. He formed our society together with a group of professional concierges from 5-star hotels in Bangkok in 1992. Our Society became the national section in 2005 and report directly to the head office in Paris.
Les Clefs d’Or Thailand organized monthly meeting, annual general meeting, and training regularly throughout the year. We always support our community by organizing the charitable activities in order to raise funds for donation to temples, schools and slum child-care center. We support the education in some Universities by giving them knowledge of customer services and provide training by our training team members. We also support training sessions for some hotels in up-country when needed.
Every month, we call for our monthly meeting to update information, exchange ideas, and look for the best practice to solve problems for our valued guests. We would like to ensure that every guest who contacts us receive the best service and give the positive comment to the hotel.
